Pregnancy
is a unique time in a woman’s life. With all the joy
it can bring, it also takes a toll on the body. Muscles, joints,
and nerves all feel the effects of your changing physique.
Before, during and after pregnancy, massage helps you feel
better, improves your circulation and supports your general
physical health. And for tired legs and feet, a foot rub never
felt so good! Massage can also help to alleviate discomforts
related to pregnancy and delivery, including swelling and
puffiness, tingling or numbness in the hands (carpal tunnel
syndrome) and sciatic pain. You can feel great during pregnancy,
and a massage can help you do so.
(Pre- and post-natal massage can be done on a massage table
or Thai-style on floor mats.)
