Massage therapy is most effective when you, the client, can
take charge of your own progress outside of the massage clinic.
There are simple things you can do for a few minutes each
day, such as stretching, strengthening, and using hot or cold
therapy, to help your body feel better and stay healthier.
After most sessions, I will make a suggestion or two for appropriate
self-care. If you would like to spend more time exploring
specific remedial exercises, we can easily arrange that as
part of a session.
