Self-Care and Remedial Exercises

Massage therapy is most effective when you, the client, can take charge of your own progress outside of the massage clinic. There are simple things you can do for a few minutes each day, such as stretching, strengthening, and using hot or cold therapy, to help your body feel better and stay healthier. After most sessions, I will make a suggestion or two for appropriate self-care. If you would like to spend more time exploring specific remedial exercises, we can easily arrange that as part of a session.
